Now we're looking for exceptional trainers and facilitators who can bring these frameworks to life through engaging, practical learning experiences that prepare leaders to succeed in real leadership moments.
Your role
This is not a corporate job. This is a flexible partnership for trainers who want to deliver meaningful in-company learning experiences.
What you’ll do
- Facilitate leadership sessions in companies
- Lead workshops on communication, feedback, mindset, productivity, team performance, etc.
- Create engaging sessions with discussion, exercises, reflection, and action plans
- Represent Great Reminders professionally in client settings
- Share field feedback to improve programs over time
Who you are
- Experienced trainer, facilitator, coach, or L&D professional
- Strong presence in front of groups
- Able to energize rooms and create trust quickly
- Believes learning should lead to action
- Professional, reliable, and people-smart
