Great Reminders · Our Quality Standard
The IMPACT Standard
A practical quality standard for leadership knowledge that is worth remembering and useful when a real leadership moment arrives.
We use six criteria to evaluate whether our frameworks solve meaningful challenges, are easy to recall, and help leaders turn knowledge into action.
01 · Why it exists
Knowledge should work when it matters.
Leadership content can be accurate and still be difficult to use. It may be too complex, too theoretical, too hard to remember, or too difficult to apply in a real conversation, decision, or challenge.
The IMPACT Standard helps us assess whether a knowledge page does more than explain an idea: does it help a leader act when the moment arrives?
02 · The six dimensions
What makes knowledge high-impact?
Each letter in IMPACT represents a quality we look for in every leadership framework.
Important Pain Solved
Does this page solve a real leadership challenge that matters in daily work?
Memorable Framework
Is the core idea simple, structured, and easy to remember?
Practical & Actionable
Can a leader apply this immediately after reading?
Authority & Credibility
Is the content based on proven models, science, or real experience?
Complete Knowledge Coverage
Does it capture most of what truly matters for this topic?
Tellability
Can a reader explain the idea easily after reading once?
03 · Evaluation
How we evaluate a framework.
Each dimension is evaluated on a scale from 0 to 10. The six ratings reveal strengths, identify areas to improve, and support an overall assessment of a knowledge page.
Six dimensions. One quality check.
The IMPACT assessment is an internal quality-review tool, not an independently validated scientific measure of leadership outcomes. A numerical score alone does not prove real-world effectiveness.
The guiding principle
Knowledge creates value when it is remembered and applied.
Our goal isn't to give leaders more to memorize. It's to make the most useful ideas easier to recall and act on in the leadership moments that matter.
